is there something like "TextPad roadmap" - a list of features (by priority) curently being developped?

If not, it would be nice to have it, best in General/FAQ/Enhancement forum as a sticky.

I guess this may interest many TP users.

No, there isn't. Search the forums for "roadmap" and you'll see it's been asked before, as far back as 2005.
