Eliminate 63/64 character limit on keywords in syntax files.

(I thought I had put this in yesterday but I don't see it).
The syntax keywords (used for highlighting) are limited to 63/64 characters (the reply on my bug report said 64, known problems say 63).
If you prefer to keep the limit for C types in syntax, that's fine -- but why not either create a "user" type or remove the limit (or up the limit to something like 200).
At a minimum, change the error message so it doesn't say "invalid data" in line thus and such to "keyword limit exceeded" in line thus and such.
(If this gets removed -- would someone respond and tell me why it was removed)?
