right click on two files in selector, then tile

Not a fan of the horizontal tab groups. Really wish there was an option to ctrl click on two files in the selector on the left payne, then right click to tile horizontally like in TextPad 4. I realize with TextPad 5 you can move a file to a new horizontal tab group but if I have lots of tabs open (which I always do) then it would be nicer to have the previous TextPad 4 operation.
I would rather use TextPad 4 to be truthful but operation with Windows 7 breaks with Explorer. I can't ctrl click a bunch of files with TextPad 4 and have them open. So I really have no solution to what I want.
I've used TextPad for over a decade ... the tabs are a step backward IMHO. Just fix TextPad 4 so it works with Windows 7 is what I'm really looking for as far as this feature request goes. Or add a menu option "revert to TextPad 4 behavior" ...
