Don't know what I did, probably a setting somewhere, but within the last week, select block stopped working. I cannot toggle into block select, and using the right-hand alt key while mousing with the left button doesn't do anything -- with either toggle setting!

Anyone have this happen, and is there a resolution?

You've probably turned on Word Wrap. Turn it off and try again.
