How can you find all -ing forms of verbs?

Hi, I'm trying to find every single -ing forms of verbs in an script but when I try it, I find also adjectives. How can I change that? I'm using this expresion

You need a purely textual means to distinguish between verbal forms and adjectives. Do you have one?
