I cannot compile java with text pad 4.7.3

it's saying "The system cannot find the file specified"

i've done a search on the computer for "javac.exe" it cannot find it.

I am using JDK, and have uninstalled and reinstalled many times. I'm stuck, can anyone help?

SOLVED: I have an 64bit machine, and I installed 32bit JDK. Works perfect now.
