I need your help. I want to implement some project but I have a problem: please give me somebody useful links of the websites using which I can make my website free of charge. I really appreciate any help.

Hi, there are a lot of means to create websites. You can create your own website either using some professional tools and software like Dreamweaver, FrontPage, or using some special services for beginners:

gertwebsite.net,
freewebslabs.com. On these websites you can make your own website absolutely for free.

Geocities is good too. Don't forget to put an animated "under construction" graphic on the site while you're putting it together.
