Tab context menu to include "close other tabs"

One frequently finds that when chasing through a web of code that one can end up with a large number of "tabs", for all the files opened.

It would be very useful to be able to right-click on one tab and select "close other tabs" from the context menu, similarly to a
number of other editors or browsers.
