Windows 7 64 Bit - Allow this program to make changes...

Using Windows 7 64 bit, every time TextPad is started, the computer asks if we want to allow this program to make changes to the computer. How can we eliminate this?

I'm in Windows 7 Pro 64 bit and do not encounter this behavior.

It seems as if you start textpad with admin rights. Change this, and it will not ask ...
