Is it possible to run TextPad, and, load a text file passed as a parameter of the command from the Windows command line, and, from UX?

I am using WinXP at the moment.

Did you try it?? Yes it's possible. There are additional parameters available if you need them. Look in the help under Reference Information > Command Line Parameters.

I don't know what UX is.
