Hi there,

I"m wondering when, if ever, Textpad will use a standard search hotkey (ctrl+f) instead the very unusual F5.

All apps I use utilizes F5 for refresh. This is very counter intuitive and I'm really considering not buying a license because of that.

If you don't like the key assignment, why not change it by following the instructions in the help under
How To ... | Customize Settings | Keyboard ?

Configure | Preferences | Keyboard:
Categories: Search
Commands: SearchFind

Configure - Preferences - Editor
you could select "Microsoft Applications" in the "Keystroke compatibility" dropdown
