Suggestions on how to remove the first two octets from an IP address?

For example, if I have 123.23.53.230, the RegEx would extract

53.20

I take it you mean "53.230" instead of "53.20" as the end result?

Find what: [0-9]+\.[0-9]+\.
Replace with: (nothing)
