I have version 5.4 and very often the help menu mentions the "Configure menu". However, I am unable to find it. I see "Document Properties" under "View" but that is only for the current document and doesn't save the properties for the next time I open it.

Can someone tell me how to access the "Configure menu"?

It's not "view" it's "configure" in the same toolbar of buttons which contains "view" you referenced.

Thank you for your reply.

Unfortunately, my toolbar does not contain "Configure"; only File, Edit, Search, View, Tools, Macros, Window, and Help.

As I said I am using TextPad v5.4 with Windows 7.

Any other suggestions?
