Bug? Context menu not right in Windows 7

Let me start off by mentioning that I have TortoiseHG 64-bit installed on my machine. In Explorer in Windows 7, I can see TortoiseHG in the context menu in Explorer, but in TextPad, it doesn't show up in the Textpad Explorer Pane.
Also, this is a side note, but if you rename a folder in the Explorer Pane and then try to open something inside it, it won't work, complaining of an object that doesn't exist. Similarly, a subdirectory can't be expanded if an ancestor has been renamed.
