TextPad 5.4: Problem with Windows shortcuts to files

If B is a Windows file system shortcut to A, and I edit B,
TextPad reads in A, and when it writes, it writes the changed text to a
new file, B, that overwrites the shortcut, resulting in two different files
-- B & A.

The earlier version did not do this.
