TextPad not appearing in RMB context menu

TextPad 5.3.1 Win-7-64
With 5.3.1, when I right-mouse-button click on a file such as MyFile.txt while using Windows Explorer, the resulting context menu doesn't include TextPad.
With 4.7.3, TextPad appeared in the context menu by default, with no intervention on my part.
When I first installed Win-7, I installed 4.7.3 and the context menu included TextPad. When I upgraded to 5.3.1, TextPad was no longer in the context menu. Bummer.
However, TextPad does appear in the "Send To" sub-menu within the context menu. It is a minor nuisance to have to do the extra steps to select TextPad to open a file from the sub-menu.
Did I do something wrong during the install? Is there an option to get TextPad to be on the context menu?
I want TextPad to be a RMB context menu choice for ALL file types, not just .txt, .c, .cpp, h, etc. There are times I want to open a binary file such as a Word .doc file to look at the hex info.
Thanks!
