Hello

I have a custumized keyboard that I did using a free program from Microsoft called Keyboard Layout Creator 1.4.

The keyboad has Hebrew letters, and I added it up to the list of keyboards that Windows XP has.

The problem is that when I use it with Textpad, all I see is question marks.

The regular,Hebrew keyboard that that can be chosen directly from Windows XP, I can see that after setting up the font in Textpad, but I couldn't find anything the the Keyboard Layout Creator.

How can I type and see the non-Roman scripts using the Keyboard Layour Creator software?

thankyou.

Did you set the script to Hebrew? You can set it either for the class at
Configure | Preferences | Document Classes | <Class> | Font
or for just the current document at
View | Document Properties | Font.

Note that TextPad doesn't support right-to-left flow, so you'll have to enter Hebrew text backwards.

Hello Ben.

thanks.

I've done all that before. Like I've said in the OP, I can see the regular Hebrew Keyboard that comes with the OS ( windows xp). in textpad.

The customized keyboard that I added in windows xp, which a person can create with Keyboard Layout Creator 1.4 can't be seen with Textpad.
( the font is set up to Hebrew in textpad, and I still can't see it, all I see it question marks).

I can see it using notepad, I don't know, maybe because notepad is a microsoft application and is compatible with KLC 1.4, since is from microsoft too?

I don't know what it is to "see a keyboard in" or "with" or "using" TextPad or NotePad.
