word wrap problem

why does the word wrap ... work crazy now .. when I do wrap text - some lines wrap and others don't ? the ones that do wrap .. wrap half way of the visible page ? what is wrong ? it is suppose the wrap to the width of the window but something is wrong ? can you explain ?
