Text Pad needs a simple vertical line at a specified column whenever using monospace fonts. A visual indicator that will allow the user to see how close they are to reaching the edge in their document.

Feature should include the following:
Allow the user to set the color.
It should only work for monospaced fonts.
It should be 1px wide.
Allow the user to specify the column number to display the line.
The line should appear in the right edge of the user specified column.
The column should only be displayed 1 time (not repeated)

For example, user sets column to 3:
