Can't Customize Toolbars

I don't have the option to customize any toolbars in TextPad. I used this command sequence:

View menu | Toolbars

The only options I see are the options to display the various toolbars, Standard, File, etc. I don't see the option to customize any toolbars. I know I once was able to customize the toolbars because I have two different machines each running a copy of TextPad 5.3.1 and the toolbars are different from each other. Neither copy of TextPad has the customize toolbars option. Thanks for any suggestions.

Both machines have TextPad 5.3.1 running on Windows XP SP3.

Does
Right-click on Toolbar, then Customize
not work for you?

Thanks, MudGuard. That worked. The Help contents need to be updated, though.

I was wondering what had happened to this as well. I'd forgotten about the right-click->customize operation because I'm so used to the View->Toolbars->Customize approach. Was it intentional to leave the Customize entry off the View->Toolbars menu?
