OK to create 'C:\5\TextPad.exe

I upgraded from v5.0.3 to v5.3.1 and I now get an error when I attempt to start Textpad.
TextPad starts, with a popup windows titled "TextPad".
The text reads OK to create 'C:\5\TextPad.exe FN.EXT'
where FN.EXT is the file name I'm attepting to edit
The reponse buttons are: Yes and No
Any idea as to what is causing TextPad to do this?
OS is Windows 2003 Server.
