Textpad should default to counting words correctly.

Currently (version 5.3.1) Textpad does not count the number of words correctly if "smart" apostrophes are in the text.
For example, won’t counts as 2 words (incorrect) while won't counts as 1 word (correct).
While it is possible to go in and manually add smart-quotes as special word characters -- in every document class and in any files with custom settings -- this is a pain and is not obvious to the user.
