Toolbar icons in version 5

In the help topics for version 5, it directs you to View/Toolbars/Customize. But there is no Customize! So how do I customize the icons?
It's a bit misleading. You have to right-click on the toolbar area itself and there you will see the Customize option. While the Customize dialog is displayed, you can right-click an icon to customize it.
