How to get the license code

Dear Textpad,
I am trying very hard to get a copy of my license code. The normal way is blocked to me, as your database seems to have lost my e-mail address (which hasn't changed since I became a licensee in 1996). I tried the feedback form on your support site, but got no indication that my form did reach you. Now what way is open to me in order to get a copy of my license code?
