I just upgraded to Textpad 5.3 (under Windows XP). Now, if I pull down the Help menu and click "Help Topics," nothing happens! But if I hit my F1 key then the Help window opens as expected. Any idea what the problem with the menu could be?

I re-ran the installer txpeng530.exe and chose "repair" but it did not fix the problem.

Thanks for the link. Sure enough, others have the same problem. Unfortunately, nothing in that thread suggests a fix. At least Helios is aware of it.

I can confirm that this problem has been fixed in version 5.3.1.
