When execution a Tools batch file and doing Tools | Stop during a "start /wait" command, the Tools window says "Interrupted!" but execution fails to stop - when the "start" complets, Tools window shows

Terminate batch job (Y/N)?

and execution continues :(

Known bug? Any workaround?
