bug: "view in web browser" doesn't do that--and it

The "view in web browser" option does NOT do that: it actually does "view in DEFAULT HTML HANDLER". This is both a theoretical and a practical problem. It's easily illustrated by setting your system's default HTML handler to TextPad (which is how my system is set up). Oops!!! Then "view in web browser" opens the document in--guess what?--TextPad! Horrible (but unfortunately, not uncommon).

PLEASE FIX THIS. It's just a matter of actually requesting the system's default BROWSER--*not* its default HTML handler--to open the document.

Very frustrating.

How do you request your computer to do that?

It would be pretty straightforward to set up a tool in Textpad that opens the current file in your favorite browser.
