"Another Application Has Updated File, Reload It?"

This is a minor peeve of mine when using textpad to look at log files or any file that is being updated constantly while I am looking at it.
I get the standard "Another Application has Updated File, Reload it?" which I either accept or dismiss depending on the situation, but for files that are being updated a lot (like a log file) it keeps prompting me, which gets annoying and interrupts what I am trying to do. I know I can turn off this prompt wholesale in the configuration, but I don't want to do that because I sometimes DO want the prompt to come up.
Suggestion: Add a check box on the dialog "Don't prompt me for updates again for this file." If I check it before hitting either yes/no on the dialog it would stop asking me about future updates for the remainder of the session for that particular document.
