A new release at last! Why wasn't this news mailed to the mailing list?
Anyway, looking good so far, nice new features indeed. Keep up the good work!

It is a great surprise to see Textpad still being updated. I guess this now can feed us for a while until another long awaited release. It's sad, but I never had this much excitement over an application, let alone, an editor. =)

Since installing version 4.6, I have noticed this (undesired) change in behavior, and I cannot find a way to change it. I have the document selector displayed by default, and am configured to open with a new document. Unlike v4.5, however, the document selector has the focus immediately after opening TextPad, and I have to click in the document pane to shift focus there before I can do anything. I liked it better when the focus came up in the document pane with the same setup. Is there a way to get that behavior back with 4.6?
