Textpad 4.6 Help Files

When I try to access help I get the message that TEXTPADENG.HLP can't be found in the Norton Recycle Bin and do I want to look for it? Of course the file that should be used is Textpad.chm in the Textpad\system directory.

I can find no reference to help in the registry, any ideas on how I fix this problem?
