Keywords 4, 5, & 6 are not being highlighted with the co

I have defined all six sets of keywords in the .SYN file for my document class. I went into preferences and changed the colors for that class only. The colors for keyword sets 1, 2 &3 are working correctly, but not 4, 5 & 6. Those sections are being displayed as normal text.
I put the sections out of order to test and see if there was a corrupt character in one of the lines affecting everything after it, but that did not.
I changed the set numbers around on the sets of keywords. The new combinations worked for whatever was assigned to 1, 2, or 3, so there is no problem with the contents of those keyword sets.
