Bug (v9.4) Save configuration command not complete

The Save configuration command does not save the currently chosen theme from the /Preferences/Appearance.

The save configuration command does not update the TWS file (v9.5.0)

That's intentional. The configuration is the state of TextPad, excluding any open workspace and files. The Save All command is for them.

Does Save All include the configuration?

Save All on the File menu saves all modified files, including the workspace, but not the configuration.
