Turn off Clipboard History?

Is there a way to turn off clipboard History in version 9.1.0?
I've found that when I have textpad running, Ctrl-X and Edit->Cut no longer works in Windows Powershell ISE.
I can only Copy text (I have to manually delete after Copy to essentially "Cut" the selected text).
If I close Textpad completely, Ctrl-X and the Cut command work properly.

Clipboard history is only enabled when it is selected from the Clip Library dropdown. Either choose another clip library, or close the clip library panel and restart TextPad.
