The Find box is opened in lower right corner of 2nd monitor

I have two monitors, and when I click the "Find" button, the find box opens in the lower right corner of the second monitor even though TextPad is open on the first (main) monitor. Is this a bug?

Try this:

1. Press F5 to start a Find.
2. Press Alt+Space to open the window menu.
3. Press M to select Move.
4. Use the up and left arrow keys to move the Find dialog back onto the
screen of the first monitor.
5. Press Enter when it is in the desired location.

Yes, I know I can move the box to the correct monitor. The question is: Why doesn't it open on the monitor where TextPad was opened? It is aggravating to drag the box to the correct window. Should not be difficult to fix. I write commercial aviation software for a living and use TextPad as my editor of choice.
