Bug: Deleted X lines after sort with removal can be low by 1

When sorting with the option to remove deleted lines, the "Deleted X Lines" status bar display doesn't necessarily show the number of duplicates removed. It all depends on whether or not there is a CRLF on the last line.

I can confirm it, though I must admit I don't think I ever looked at the Deleted X Lines message.

It appears that TP inserts a CRLF on the last line before sorting and removing dups, and that inserted CRLF isn't being counted.
