Spellcheck & colured tex/numbers wanted for text files

Is there a way to set up a special syntax file for text files where the numbers are coloured and the spellcheck still works?

I believe that TEXT=1 is required to activate spellcheck, as for the rest, I got lost. Thanks in advance for a definitive reply.
TextPad 8.16.0 64bit in English and TextPad 9.1.0 64bit in French, on two separate Windows installations
