Missing color coding in 6.22

Last night I upgraded from 6.10 to 6.22 and I now have lost my color coding in html files. Looking through the config panel, everything looks fine, but no colors. I've since completely removed and reinstalled a clean copy. Other than having to reset file associations, everything is working fine, but still no colors.

Any ideas?

If you look at the document properties (Alt+enter) does everything look normal on the syntax tab?
