Problem with TextPad 6.1.3 and Tip of the Day

I recently decided to let TextPad show me the tip of the day at start time.

When I tried to open a file using the Explorer context menu, or the desktop context menu (right clicking on the file to open), TextPad did not open the file.

I turned off the Tip of the day at start time and everything works fine.
I could not find a reference to this issue, so I assume it is a bug.

This is not annoying, as I don't have the ToD active at start up, but in the first moments it was disconcerting, until I found out what was causing the problem.

I am using TextPad 6.3.1 with Win7 32 bit.
