WIKI-Syntax-Definitions available?

I use Textpad for editing WIKI (Mediawiki)-Content.

Does anybody know about a Syntax-Definiton-File?

Benedikt, I did see such a file, out at http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/File:Wikip ... plates.TCL, but I have not yet downloaded and installed it, to verify its usefulness. Seeing as the file is seven years old, any more recent wiki syntax would not be represented.

Still, it might be worth doing if I ever get a chance.
