Keep Bookmarks When Document Is Updated

Is there currently a way to have textpad keep the bookmarks that you have on a document that has been updated by another application since you first opened it? I know that clicking "No" to letting textpad refresh the document keeps the bookmarks, but clicking "Yes" removes the bookmarks. It would be nice to be able to have the bookmarks stay, even if the lines that they mark are no longer the same. I mean, if textpad could move the bookmarks to the lines that the bookmarked line has now moved to, that would be fantastic, but I'll be perfectly happy with just having the same line numbers bookmarked.
