Preference check boxes not displayed correctly

TextPad 5.4 on Win2k8R2 Standard

Configure -> Preferences -> View - none of the checkboxes are displayed correctly. You just get a big grey block instead of the checkbox. The actions still work so you can click the Line Numbers option, click apply and line numbers will appear, but when clicking the option no tick is shown. It is the same for this type of check options i.e. the problem also appears in the Document Classes area.

I've uninstalled and reinstalled to no affect.

Works fine on my Win7 Enterprise installation.

You're right it isn't an enhancement, but there is no topic for bugs. I'll remember to use the general topic next time. I'll also remember to perform a search first so I don't create a duplicate bug report
