Middle-click to close tab

I'd like to see the ability to close a tab with a mouse middle button click, as one can now do in many other apps (Firefox, Eclipse, Oxygen/XML, etc). Middle-click close seems to have become a standard.

It would also be nice to add a close button on each tab.

Why not make it so you can assign a preferred action to the middle button, rather than just one? Same as the keyboard assignments are done now.

been waiting for this since version 4! It's pretty much a universal standard now. I think textpad is the only tool I have that doesn't do this yet.

(and yes... i registered just to complain about this!)
