Add ability to save/restore Prefs/Keyboard configuration

In the Preferences dialog, Keyboard page, add "Save.." & "Restore.." pushbuttons to allow easy & guaranteed transfer of keyboard setup between installations.

never had problems copying the custom.bnd file to transfer customized key settings to a new computer.
