Getting "The requested operation requires elevation&quo

I'm getting "The requested operation requires elevation" every time I open a document with textpad.
Or when I click on the icon I get the dreaded "do you want to allow the following program to make changes to this computer?".

I set the icon to "Run As Administrator" but it did nothing.
What can I do? And please don't reply with "Turn off UAC" because I don't get these messages with every single program I run.

Some programs that don't ask for permission: Adobe suite, calc, wordpad, Excel, Winword.
Programs that ask for permission: MS VS2010, textpad
