Document Tree for Workspaces

I have read similar requests regarding an assignable root from which a document's relative path is displayed in the Document Selector; this is a step in the right direction, however, I would really like to see a Document Tree. Think of it as a hybrid between the Explorer and the Document Selector, where folders are collapsible (like the Explorer) but only workspace files appear (like the Document Selector).
