Textpad crashes with long invalid filename

Textpad crashes with long invalid filename

I'm running TextPad 5.3.1 under Windows XP.

I invoked this command line:

textpad "2009-12-07 Attorney's opinion re: Responsibility for re-painting condo buildings.html"
TextPad did not warn me about the disallowed colon in the file name. Instead, it asked my permission to create it, allowed me to enter my text, and when I hit Ctrl-S to save it, simply crashed without warning.
