Adjust window to screen size

I have a quite simple wish:
When I work in my office, my notebook is in the dock and connected to a 26" screen. Then I take it out of the dock, and due to the much smaller resolution, the Textpad window is sometimes hardly visible because it's out of the screen.

On activation of the window after startup or wakeup, Textpad should adjust to the screen size and move to a fully visible position. Office, IE and Firefox (and many more) do this.
