Persistant bookmarks

I do a lot of Perl code development and would like to bookmark the subroutines and have these bookmarks available from session to session.

What would REALLY be nice is a dropdown or undocked listing of subroutine tags built as part of the syntax selection. This would be good for C, and any other language also. Just click on the subroutine name, and go to that subroutine.

If you save the files as a Workspace the Bookmarks will be persistent.
