Old license code won't work on new machine

We purchased several licenses for version 4.7.3 : 32 bit version of Textpad. Several users received new laptops over the weekend. We downloaded/ re-installed the same version from the textpad website. Attempted to enter the license code through the Help/ About menu and it said the license was not valid. But, another user who has yet to be converted shows this as a valid license code when she goes and displays the license code in her Help/ About box.

How do I get TextPad to recognize an already paid for license for TextPad. The only thing different is a new laptop. The old laptop has been stripped of all programs/ data, so there will not be duplicate versions of the program running around.
