File explorer enhancement - lazy project support

I find the filesystem explorer side bar frustrating. When I am working on a project I only want to see project files, not the entire filesystem heirarchy.

Anyway - resolution suggestion:

1. Add something to the right click menu on a folder which changes the root of the explorer view to be that folder.
2. Add something to reset it to the root of the filesystem.

This would allow simple project-scoping based on the filesystem and bring the editor in line with e-texteditor, textmate etc.

The explorer is about 50% as useful as it could be at the moment - some small changes would improve it's usefulness a lot imho.
